JSC "SEZ "Seaport Aktau" informs that the decision of the Special Commission under the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.12.2021 No. 28 approved the inclusion of the type of activity "Processing and canning of fish, crustaceans and shellfish (OKED 10.2) to the list of priority activities of the SEZ "Aktau Seaport". Currently, work is underway to make additions to the relevant order of the MAYOR of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, the practical implementation of measures for the development of alternative sectors of the economy not related to industrial production, the construction industry and logistics has begun (the current main activities of the SEZ). Earlier, MIID approved types of activities in the field of food industry, a package of documents is being prepared for making proposals on types of activities in the field of light industry.
