On April 11, 2023, the management of SEZ Aktau Seaport JSC met with the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Aktau Hashemi Gholamreza.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "SEZ "Seaport Aktau" Kabashev A.T. familiarized with the activities of the SEZ, with the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the activities of special economic zones, the advantages of implementing projects on the territory of the SEZ, as well as with tools to support business entities.

Following the meeting, an agreement on further cooperation was reached.
