By the Decree of the Government of RK KAZNEX INVEST is defined as United Coordination Center of special economic zones in Kazakhstan.

Tasks of the United Coordination Center are development, promotion and increase of the investment prospect of SEZ.

Attracting International Development Ireland (IDI) International company was conducted a formation of UCC structure on SEZ management including international experience. IDI has a long-term experience in the sphere of CEZ creation, development and management and has an international work experience more than in 250 projects in 75 countries of the world. 

In the result of cooperation with IDI UCC organizational structure was developed; external and internal business processes of interrelation between UCC departments, SEZ management bodies of RK, state bodies and others were defined; official duties of UCC workers were designed; functionality delimitated an activity of UCC and SEZ management bodies.

Function of UCC, firstly, will be directed on effectiveness increase of SEZ management body.

In general, UCC functionality includes the following:

1. building monitoring system and SEZ activity effectiveness assessment;
2. planning of managing companies activity;
3. implementation of international management standards;
4. building business processes, internal documents;
5. organization and conduction of marketing events;
6. conduction of projects analysis;
7. derivation of dishonest participants and etc.;
8. planning and development of SEZ infrastructure, including attraction of loan financing and private investments in SEZ infrastructure development and etc.

Moreover, UCC will provide a methodological aid to the managing companies and SEZ participants, which implies not only an extensive support, but also consolidation and promotion of their interests on the republic level.
