President Nursultan Nazarbayev in his message "The Nation's Plan - 100 Steps to Implement Five Institutional Reforms" in the chapter "Industrialization and Economic Growth" indicated the need to transfer all unused land to the state fund for further privatization.
With a view to realizing the instructions of the Head of State, Akimat of Mangystau region is actively carrying out works to identify and return to the state ownership of plots of various purposes. At the workshop the Akim, Eraly Tugzhanov, said: "Some of the plots went into private ownership in due time. These lands need to be returned to the state. So, the embankment in Aktau should be returned to the people. Everything that is done there, everything should be for the people. "
On January 1, 2017, the Mangystau region identified 452 returned and unused land plots with a total area of 26,413.87 hectares.
111 land plots with a total area of 207 thousand 919 hectares were returned to the state ownership.
The work on revealing and returning lands to the state ownership continues and is on the personal control of the Akim, Eraly Tugzhanov.
For 2017:
In Aktau, 191 sites (405 541 ha) were identified, of which 163 sites (230 609 ha) and 28 plots (174 932 ha) of agricultural purpose are commercial purposes.
In Zhanaozen, 13 plots (6,453 ha) were designated for commercial purposes, no agricultural land was identified.
In the Beineu district commercial sites have not been identified, agricultural plots - 6 (7250.0 ha).
In the Munaily district, there are 89 plots (3856,763 ha), of which 38 (18,775 ha) are commercial purposes, 51 (3837.99 ha) - agricultural land.
In the Tupkaragan district, 59 plots (62.5854 ha) for commercial purposes, agricultural sites have not been identified.
In the Mangystau region, there are 11 plots (5685,636 ha), of which 6 (0.636 ha) are commercial purposes, and 5 (5685.0 ha) for agricultural purposes.
There are 12 plots (1468.5 hectares) in the Karakiya district, 8 (825.5 ha) for commercial purposes, 4 (643.0 ha) for agricultural purposes.
For the first half of 2018:
In Aktau, 8 plots (79,0202 ha) were identified, 6 sites (61.3488 ha) of which are commercial purposes and 2 agricultural land (17.6554 ha).
In Zhanaozen, a 2-site (0.0501 ha) of commercial purpose has been identified, no agricultural sites have been identified.
In the Beineu district commercial sites have not been identified, agricultural sites - 5 (7000.0 ha).
In the Munaily district 35 plots (585.1857 ha), of which 31 (22.6157 ha) for commercial purposes, 4 (562.57 ha) for agricultural purposes.
In the Tupkaragan district, 19 plots (8.14 hectares) for commercial purposes, agricultural sites have not been identified.
In Mangystau district there are 2 commercial sites (6.0 hectares), agricultural sites have not been identified.
In the Karakiya district there are 16 plots (1618.9 ha), of which 9 (924.9 ha) are commercial purposes, agricultural plots - 7 (694.0 ha).
Information on returned land
In 2017, 89 plots (13037.7 hectares) were returned to state ownership, and 22 sites (7663,219) in 2018.
In 2017:
8 objects (5.2028 ha) were returned to Aktau for commercial purposes.
In Zhanaozen, there are 13 plots (6.4533 ha) for commercial purposes.
In the Beineu district no registered returned sites of commercial purpose, agricultural purpose - 6 (7250.0 hectares).
42 sites (29,055 hectares) of commercial purpose were returned in Munaily district.
In the Tupkaragan district, 4 plots (40.3379 ha) of commercial purposes were returned.
11 sites (5685,636 hectares) were returned to Mangystau district, of which 6 (0.636 ha) for commercial purposes, and 5 (5685.0 ha) for agricultural purposes.
Three sites (21.0 ha) of commercial purpose were returned to the Karakiya district.
